Nigerian Navy Recruitment Requirements 

Entry Requirements 2022 

You must meet the following requirements to become a member of the NigerianNavy. If you don't meet the requirements below, you will have no chance of being shortlisted. 

• Applicants must be Nigerian citizens by birth
• Computer skills will be an added bonus.
• You must be in possession of a NYSC discharge certificate or NYSCA exemption letter.
• Applicants must be between 18 and 22 for holders of a high school diploma and between 18 and 26 for those with higher qualifications such as nurses, NCE, OND, drivers, etc. 
• You must not be married or have children. 
• All candidates must provide O-level results (WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB) with credit in English and Math is very much or compulsory required. 
• Applicants must not have any of the following problems: communicable diseases, stuttering, mental problems, vision problems, hearing problems or physical disabilities. 
• You must be physically and mentally healthy.
• Medical advisors, chaplains/imams must be between 30 and 40 yearsold.
• Applicants must not be shorter than 1.65 meters for women and 1.69 meters for male candidates. 
• Applicants must possess at least Upper Division Second Class for First Degree holders, and Upper Credit for HND holders. 
• You must not have been involved in criminal activities in the past.
• Candidates will be shortlisted for a qualified aptitude test.
